@Yaziinyzi a beach day! Haha great job on your AP tests then:) I have the most terrible procrastination habit, I have mocks next week and I’m doing everything but studying :o any help here?

Well, buddy? me n u r on the same boat. I am a procrastination expert too.
But, to break it, you have to get rid of ALLLLLLLL distractions—>> that means off with the computer, off with the iphone that makes a sound every time you get a new email (which happens to be from Bath n body works offering a 75% off sale on everything. which then convinces you to say…mehh let me just check my facebook nd post this new offer to my friends, nd ohh let me just update my twitter to “studying now.” nd u no…the chain reaction goes on on nd on. then 2 hrs later u find ur self on youtube watching the coolest Guinness Records. nd then you say to urself “omg how did i get here.” anyway…) off with the ipod, clear your desk, close your bedroom door, take out all noises (that means wearing ear plugs if necessary), having a full stomach before studying so that you don’t find an excuse to “oh i want to go eat something. im super hungry.” and buddy, u know urself, don’t fool urself. Get rid of all possible distractions nd ull b good 2 go. Why m i saying this? bcuz distractions are the catalysts nd main fuel to our vile serious condition of the procrastination disease. And once you’re into the studying mood, trust me you’ll study for hours hours hours nd hours without even realizing it. So, I hope this helped. As a certified Procastination Doctor, I have prescribed the strongest available medication to ur condition. Go ahead…feast urself.

Seriously, good luck ![]()
