Dr.Phil's Test . . . I got 41, it's not long

45...not bad

54!! I like the impulsive part. Quite me. Although the bold part might be a bit of the stretch. I'm somewhat bipolar though...there's the ethical me who sucks up to teachers, and the audacious me who wants to be a secret agent someday.

There is a site, the name of which has escaped my mind for the moment, that has this and other quizzes that test your emotional qualities. These tests are unreliable... I did this a few months ago and got circa 35, and now i have a score of 45

very accurate

Definately accurate.

44, pretty accurate.

42 hey thats pretty interesting

dr phil gives me the creeps

45... i concur with the description

Shockingly enough I agree and I'll tell you why.

The score everyone seems to get - anywhere from 30-60 (I am willing to bet a good sum of money that hardly anyone gets outside of those bounds) has a fairly vague, but overall flattering description. The descriptions all list a lot of fairly vague, not directly related characteristics that overall make the person feel like they are fairly interesting (e.g. even the more tame 31-40 are smart, gifted, talented... - it just gets more interesting as you go up). Some of the categories even go so far as to overlap characteristics e.g. 'practical' or 'adventuresome and lively - quite close to one another'.

Basically, either one of the middle 30-60 descriptions could probably fit any of those scorers pretty well (or at least without complaint - and well enough to make them say 'wow thats quite like me - how spooky'). For example, I would agree with my description if I scored a 31 or a 59. It is a similar technique as that used with fortune cookies and horoscopes etc.

Whenever you get a test that claims to know your deepest personality with such stupid questions as "When relaxing, you sit with..
a) your knees bent with your legs neatly side by side b) your legs crossed c) your legs stretched out or straight d) one leg curled under you" be suspicious - because it is complete garbage.

Don't mean to ruin everyone's fun :( - it is still a pretty cool trick I guess.

Totally contradictory to how I and others see myself.

41, which works because I alternate between those two categories depending on who I'm with.

41, and fairly accurate.

I think I belong to the 51--60 group.

Shoot.

Beat that.

Min possible score: 15
Max possible score: 64

Turns out I wasn't a runner-up after all. Interesting...

48 points...im kinda on the border of 51..im kinda mix of the two. pretty accurate i must say

36 and pretty accurate

39
31 TO 40 POINTS: Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you realize it takes a lot to shake your trust In your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken.

Pretty Accurate!

47.

I mean yea, it's somewhat true (except the center of attention part)...I think I fit the 31-40 range better...people have told me those things about myself...
