<p>I was just wondering if anyone knows what a Draw and Salary means. I recently applied to the financial advisor position in a financial institution and under the compensation section it said "draw and salary available". </p>
<p>Anyone have any idea what that means? I've checked google and wikipedia and there doesn't really seem to be any good answers out there. I always assumed financial advisors were paid based on commissions and maybe a salary. Thanks.</p>
