Drew vs. Rutgers vs. TCNJ

Hey Y'all :)
So I am trying to decide between:
1) Drew University in Madison, NJ
2) Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ [A&S, business]
3) The College of New Jersey in ewing, NJ
As my top safety school!

I would appreciate any feedback from current students or any admitted students planning on attending.
I was already admitted to all three schools.
Which school is generally better if i plan on doing theater and/or journalism and pre-law?
I know they are random, but I think I want to double major in the first two and minor in poli.sci. as of now.
(I would love to work on Bway, but if not Journalism or Law as backups. Which of these three schools are best for this?)
In Rutgers I got into Arts and Sciences and the Business School
Also, size is not a matter for me (idk large or small)

As far as all of these go, what is your recommendation for me and why?
Thanks alot

(Also, in my acceptance from TCNJ it says I was admitted to the "program" of the major I applied to. Is this final if I go? So I can't double major or change it? I am in the School of Culture and Society, but might want to do a double w/ another major in the same school and a minor. Is this possible here?) :) thanks CC-ers!

There is no theater major at TCNJ so if that is what you want to do I would not come here (although there are theater clubs on campus). As for prelaw, conventional wisdom says that the undergraduate institution you go to matters a lot less than your GPA and LSAT score so it really doesn’t matter. TCNJ has some great philosophy professors as well. I also know that Rutgers is ranked for philosophy. (Philosophy is an excellent pre-law major)

I would say that TCNJ and Rutgers are better schools than Drew.

You can change your major at TCNJ. You just have to fill out a form.

In general I would say TCNJ and Rutgers are better than Drew. I chose TCNJ over Rutgers and one of my best friends chose TCNJ over Drew. It ultimately depends on what you choose to do. I agree with RK320, if theatre is what you absolutely want to do and get your degree in I would say go for Rutgers over TCNJ. But if you really want to do law and stay involved in theatre (with hopes of possibly making it big one day) then I’d say TCNJ.

And yes, you can change your major, add to it, add a minor, concentration, etc. at any time.

I’m going to major in most likely Journalism with Pre-Law and maybe minor in Theatre (again with the hopes, while still having a more “practical” back-up).
