I am going to be attending Drexel next year, and I would just like to know what meal plan is considered to be the best. My options are:

Platinum Plan- $550 dining dollars, 12 meals/week, 5 meal passes & a surprise pack ($1915 per quarter)
Blue Plan- $475 dining dollars, 12 meals/week ($1830 per quarter)
Gold Plan- $200 dining dollars, unlimited meals ($1830 per quarter)

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I’m also interested in this… What do most kids do?

I know a lot of people start out with the Gold Plan, but end up switching to the Blue Plan, mainly because the food at the dining hall is…bearable. I’m currently on Blue, and I get by fine. However, if you really eat a lot, the Gold Plan might be better because the dining hall is all you can eat.

I second the blue plan, from what I’ve been told from my friends at Drexel. They enjoy the dining dollars because there’s chick-fil-a and subway and such.

Thank you all for your input! This has helped me make my final decision about the dining plan.
