I'm considering B&E at Drexel. I'm currently a junior in HS and I saw your thread. I was wondering if I would be able to survive in this program? I currently have a 3.07 GPA (UW) and 1600 SAT (retaking to get 1800-1900). I don't have the best work ethic in the world, but I'm willing to work my butt off and hopefully get it done. (the following was intended towards Zackdudde) I know you said you weren't the greatest in HS so I wondering how this program is for you academically.

anyone? another bump

First off,

The business aspect of Drexel is nowhere near as intense as the engineering side. I started off as a Biomedical Engineering student and then through several co-ops and part-time school stints found myself with the B&E Major. I had a 2.7 in HS but I scored a 1350 (out of 1600) on my SATs so I’m a smart guy but have a work ethic problem. Let me tell you, it won’t be easy but I would definitely do a co-op before you get too deep into it to know if you like it. I can tell you that courses like STAT 205 and STAT 206 are no fun and definitely not enjoyable and require a tremendous amount of time. Not to mention Drexel as a college is not very enjoyable as well.

Hello!!! I want to know the specific advantage in work situation for B&E, when it comes to compare to Business administration.
