<p>At the end of the Perkins Loan entrance interview, it said it's mandatory to provide your driver license number, which I don't yet have. I then went to the local DMV to get a State ID, which has all the relevant information on a DL. However, I don't receive the card until 60 days later. Will that be too late to get Perkins Loan? What should I do now?</p>
