<p>You don't have to parallel park in CA. I reccomend not trying to look at what the tester guy is writing while you're driving. I was turning and I looked over and read what he was writing so I got points off for that. But I passed anyway!</p>
<p>No tips, but I thought it was funny that the smartest guy at our school failed it, or so I heard. haha</p>

<p>took my written test - hilarious. On the CA DMV test, some of the practice tests have questions identical to the actual test. Awesome. I shouldn't have even "studied" for that hour.</p>
<p>I live in California. The driving behind the wheel test was easier than the written. I missed one on the written and none on the behind-the-wheel. Stop well behind the line at stop signs, and don't hit a curb (auto fail). Good luck :)</p>
