<p>A student can live in the honors housing and not be in honors. A strong academic background is preferred though.</p>

<p>Yes, because if you are surrounded by people with stronger academic background than you, you knees will weaken and you will fall because their background will destroy any semblance of a lower academic background if you go within a 10 yard radius.</p>
