so I am horrible at chemistry. I'm getting the worst marks I've ever gotten in school and it's driving me crazy. I've gone to tutoring, I've spoken to my professor and TA and I honestly idk I feel like I'm just not getting it.

I feel like I need to drop, but I dread retaking the course at a later date even more. I came out of gen chem I with a C and right now I'm currently failing gen chem II. Semester ends in May.

help me decide if I should drop based on my marks? I have to decide by next friday but there are still things to do well on and I'm trying to figure out if I could bring it up to a C.

So the breakdown:

Homework
They don't tell us how it's graded but its in a module format and so far it's probably around 65/100. This based on 5 past assignments out of 10 total assignments.

tl;dr I'm currently failing chem ( I don't have the percentage just F/385 ) and I'm trying to figure out mathematically what I need to try and get on everything else to see if I could end up in the C range. All the online calculators and stuff I've found are for finding out what to get on the final and stuff.

Sorry I'm horrible at math but if someone could help me figure out how to calculate it I could just do it myself. It's probably relatively simple.

sigh I should have taken this course at a community college.

Right now there are 385 points we could have completely earned but based on my breakdown above I think I've gotten around 198

If I drop it'll pull me down to 7 credits and I do not think I will be eligible for the financial aid I am receiving which would cause a large issue and also i would become a part time student (you need have 12+ credits to be full time)
