Dropped out student

<p>Hi, embarrassingly and unfortunately, I just got dropped out of the college.</p>

<p>I was Comp Sci major in college of engineering. </p>

<p>For getting gpa lower than 2.0, I was noticed of the drop.</p>

<p>they said I can try for re-admission after an year.</p>

<p>Does anyone have this experience or know anything that can help re-applying and getting</p>

<p>admitted again? I'm rly desperately looking for some advices...</p>

<p>Plus, I'm an international student...</p>

<p>Hmm, I’m curious-- if you are dropped out of college as an international student do they send you back to the country you came from (due to student visa status etc)? No idea about reapplying…since I’m still here. Sorry I am no help!!!</p>

<p>You can petition for an extra semester on probation. I don’t know the procedure behind it but a friend of mine did it when he was kicked out for low grades.</p>
