Hello! I am currently a junior and is in Common Core Algebra II honors and my teacher is terrible. She is unclear and moves way too quickly, gives us everyday quizzes on things we learned in 9th grade and gives us 3+ hours of homework everyday. I don’t know how I’m gonna do that and do homework/study for my other classes AND study for the ACT (really want a 32).
I really wanna drop out of honors but I feel like colleges won’t like that and it’ll affect my chances of getting in. I’ve already taken 4 regular classes throughout high school. This is what my junior year schedule looks like:
College Accounting
Chemistry (regular) (counts as the 4 regular classes I’ve taken so far)
Common Core Algebra II Honors
AP English
APUSH
Italian 5 Honors
Should I drop it? My dream school is Colgate University.
