<p>My first semester is about to end. I'm taking psych as an elective for second semester and I want to drop it because everybody told me its a bad & boring class. My counselor told me that if i want to drop it then I need to e-mail my colleges notifying them that I'm dropping a class. Is this a bad decision? Will it look bad? If i do decide to drop it whats the best way to contact them and address the situation?</p>
<p>Maybe instead of completely dropping it you should just take another elective. Explain to colleges that you were not very interested in psych and decided to take an elective that was more interesting to you. That way, it’s not like youre coming down with a case of senioritis and dropping a class because you don’t want to work (even though that’s not the reason)</p>
<p>unless its going to drop your gpa, i stay stick with it.</p>
