Last year, I started playing Tennis and I absolutely loved it. However, I'm having doubts about whether I should continue playing this year, especially since I have 4 more AP's than last year as well as the pressures of junior year. The season starts in mid- august and ends around the first week of October, so the commitment is about a month and a half. If I did continue, I would probably stay on the JV level and hopefully be on Varsity senior (next) year. Is anyone/has anyone been in a similar situation? I have absolutely no idea what to do!

Extracurriculars are great at relieving stress. Do what you enjoy and what you are passionate about.

I have the same dilemma as well. I’ve been playing tennis on the school team since freshman year and junior year is going to be really tough. My season is from March to mid-May. It could go to June if we make it to districts (which we did last year). I’m pretty passionate about tennis because I’ve played it for 8-9 years. But I have no idea what to do.
