i'm basically done w/ the required pre-reqs for my major when I applied...so basically for my last semester (Spring), i'll be taking classes which are just "recommended" for my major and not required. I have a big feeling I wont be able to do all of them though and end up dropping some of them...could they rescind an acceptance if they find out i dropped classes in my spring semester?

I believe for recommended classes they take it on a case by case bases and you would have to inform them right away.

Yes they can resind because during admission they assume you will finish the “recommended” course and compare you with other that will finish it and if you drop it, it would put you in another pool of applicants i believe.

You best bet would be calling your admission office and ask about the ramification of dropping the class , and if you don’t mind me asking what class is it? Not calculus 2 is it
