<p>No it's not possible to transfer to another cluster because it's a year long commitment. Anyway, if you drop it after first quarter, you will still have the possible GE's that you would have gotten rid of if you had not dropped the cluster left, the writing 2 requirement, and the seminar credit. Also, you don't get honors credit if you're in honors.</p>
