Dropping out of AP Psych second semester

I know I must contact the colleges that I applied to, to tell them of my schedule change. Will dropping out of it affect my admission?
I passed first semester but I seriously don't think I can handle second semester. All through first semester I was dying I didn't understand a thing I barely got an 80% in the class and it's cause I was busting my butt to get a 70 on the final. On a lot of the tests he gave me I kept getting either 70's or failing them completely. Occasionally
(mostly at the beginning) I got B's. I don't think I can do it again this semester. I hate the subject everything the teacher says sounds like a foreign language.
I also asked my counselor if I needed this class and she told me I didn't.

I'm planning on contacting the colleges tomorrow to hear what they say about it.

I just want to read your opinions on it....

Do you guys think I'll get rescinded?

I have 3 other AP classes : AP Calc, AP Art Hist., & AP English Lit. I get A's and B's never once got a C. On my first semester report card I only had two A's and the rest B's.

If it’s that horrible, it might be better to just drop the class and do something you’ll be better and and like more than to see your grades suffer more. Just contact the schools.
