Would it look bad on my transcript if I do not take Spanish during my senior year?
I started in the 8th grade and these are my scores:
Spanish 1: B B
Spanish 2: C B
Spanish 3: B C
Spanish 4: C ?
I need to start preparing my class list for next year and my friends suggest that I drop Spanish because I am so bad at it and hate it, but I feel like that would reflect poorly on me.
(And yes I know my grades and not good, but I am trying my hardest.)

It depends on the colleges you are thinking of applying to. If you make a college board account, and look up some of those colleges, it will tell you how many years of Spanish are recommended for each college and how many years of Spanish are required for the college.

If you haven’t even thought about applying for college yet, usually three years of Spanish is enough.

If you have Spanish 4 you have the basic prereqs for any college in the country, except that you’d need at least a B, not a C - can you get a B 2nd semester? Then you could drop it and study something else next year. (Colleges look at the level you reached, not at the actual number of years in HS.)
