*drum roll* a perfect writing score

<p>"I'm trying to recall what the west point evaluation form looks like. Can anyone recall what the sheet looked like?"</p>

<p>It is a form that asks your teacher (Math, English, Chemistry/Physics) to evaluate you in 12 areas on a point scale (1-5 where 1 is strongly agrees and 5 is strongly disagrees). Questions relate to character, drive, integrity etc. It then asks for a written assessment on how the teacher feels you will perform at the college level.</p>

<p>The SAT math is pretty much all simple logic anyway. It is based on the most basic math facts that everyone should know. If you ask me, you have to get to the second semester of calculus before you can really see if you have "math skills".</p>
