<p>Docmom, I am so glad this got resolved. I didn’t put my two cents in before but I felt for your son and you in this situation. But as long as he didn’t have any specific roommates, I think moving was a good idea. My S is in Riverside West and I think it is more convenient than East…at least to get to the cafetaria! I am also impressed that Janine knew about it (and was probably waiting for your call)…its so nice that someone from Housing is active on this Alabama CC site. <p>This could have gone either way. Housing is extremely helpful if a student runs into serious roommate issues. It happens. Its nice to know Housing has a plan for taking care of students when it does. I’m glad this was resolved for your son. Thanks, Janine!:)</p>
