<p>I am a current student at a community college, I intend on transferring to either UCLA or USC maybe even and Ivy league in order to major in Political Science. This summer I decided to take a statistics class in order to fulfill my math required by the "IGETC". I unfortunately got a "D" in the class and I was wondering how this would affect me when transferring. My current GPA is around 3.1-3.2 and I've done quite a lot of extra curricular activities...</p>
<p>GPA 3.1-3.2, and you’re thinking about Ivies, UCLA, USC? I think you need to be realistic about your chances, which unfortunately don’t look too hot.</p>
