Accepted! Dean’s scholarship $23K plus resident grant $3K. Stats are 3.85 UW GPA, (not sure what weighted GPA is since our state doesn’t do it) some honors classes and 5 AP classes. LOTS of leadership and EC’s and she showed a lot of interest and toured last year before Covid so got to really get a feel for the campus which she loved! She is so happy right now! Good luck to all!
I got in with the $27k/$3k (Chancellor’s) scholarship! Stats are 3.94 UW GPA, 4.5/5.0 W GPA (around 11 IB classes, have taken 8 AP tests and will take 3 more this year), 36 ACT, very solid essays, pretty good ECs. intended major in computer science. congratulations to everyone who got in!
My daughter was accepted with a Chancellor’s Scholarship of $27,000 and $3,000 for dorms! She’s so happy! 4.0 UW GPA, 1420 SAT, 3 sports, and many other ECs. Huge to congrats to all the students!
Maybe we can all add majors? My daughter’s will be Political Science.
According to their website, the scholarships are based soley on GPA and test scores. Not sure how they calculate GPA. D has a 3.78 UW but a 4.6 weighted with almost all honors classes and then eight APs. At our high school, that still gets you into the top 10%. She did not send test scores.
Got the Presidential - $21k and the $3k to live in the dorms. Merit goes from $10k to $27k.
