I am a Running Start students (taking college classes while in high school). I have been admitted to UW this Autumn and have received an email to send in transcripts (both high school and college). Before I graduated, my high school has sent my high school transcript, however, my college transcript did not go out until this week (because Spring Quarter grades were not yet finalized, so I had to wait). The deadline to receive transcripts for UW is July 1st. How do I know if UW has received my college transcript? MyUW still shows that I have 0 transferred credits when I check. Are the numbers suppose to change when UW receives my transcript? I am really worried because the deadline is coming up and I don't know what I can do now.

My credits took 2 months to update onto the transcript page after sending in my records. I was worried and emailed to query after 1 month of waiting, they replied me that it will be evaluated 2 weeks before my Advising, but it came abit earlier (3weeks before my Advising). I guess this period should be a peak for them as they will be evaluating and updating transfer credits for students, especially for the transfer students(transfer admission period currently). You may want to ask them about it.

as long is your transcript is postmarked by the deadline you are fine

Alright. I’m waiting for it to be Monday already so I can give them a call. It really didn’t occur to me until yesterday evening right when the office was closing. Hope everything is okay. I honestly don’t know where the mistake is (the college not sending my transcript to UW or the post office delaying my mail).

Thanks for the help thought!
