Dual Enrollment Courses

I am an in-going freshman who is interested in being Pre-Med. During senior year of high school, I dual enrolled with a local university and took 4 classes. Out of those 4, I got A's in 2 subjects and B's in the other 2. These courses do not transfer to the college that I will be attending. Do I have to report these grades when applying to med school? I understand that GPA is an essential part of Med School application, so I want to know about this. Thank you!

Yes, any coursework that is taken at the college level (including all dual enrollment classes) is required to be reported to AMCAS* and AACOMAS** when you go to apply for medical school. This is true even if your college does not accept the transfer credits.

AMCAS processes application for allopathic medical schools
*AACOMAS processes applications for osteopathic medical schools

Your dual enrollment grades will be included in your GPA and sGPA calculations for application purposes.
