@Madison85 My son is a senior in high school and has chosen dual enrollment - he attends his classes at a community college and gets 1 credit towards each high school class and 3 credits toward college. Does UW-Madison consider this favorable over attending AP classes in high school?
Also, do the credits transfer as long as they are academic and not vocational in nature?
Not sure how helpful this is, but I did PSEO for the last two years of high school and am currently at Madison. I used Madison’s transfer equivalency database and Transferology to get a general idea.
The big thing I noticed was more difficult classes (like a 5 credit calc class) transferred well while classes like human geography or art classes, only transferred as general electives because the closest equivalents at Madison were 4 credits, not 3.
