Does WUSTL award credit for classes taken at a community college during high school?
I'll be applying this fall btw

I think (for AP and community college credits) WashU offers placement in an upper level class in whatever subject you have credits for, then if you pass that class with a B- or better, you are awarded credits for the lower level classes that were required for your high level class. you aren’t just given credit to fulfill the clusters, you need to take a higher class and pass to prove you deserve those credits. but yes, they do take CC and AP credits to place you first, then award credits according to how you do.

If the classes are counted for HS graduation requirements, you will not get any credit for them.

They do award credits at community colleges.

And I’ll give another completely different answer.

It depends on which class, and which department you’re petitioning for.
