Dual Enrollment Transcripts

Hi there. I was wondering if I need to submit transcripts from the college(s) I attended during high school to the colleges to which I'm applying now.

I took one class during the summer of 2008 at one school.
I then took one class during the Spring of 2009 and another class during the Spring of 2010 at a different college.

So, now, since I'm applying to colleges for my undergrad, do I need to request transcripts from these two colleges I took classes from during high school for each of the schools I'm applying to?

Or is it like AP scores and I just need to submit my transcripts after I've already committed to attending a certain school?

I'm worried because I've heard stories of schools rescinding admissions because students "withheld" information they were supposed to disclose. I mean, I've even heard that someone who had graduated from a 4-yr college had their degree taken away when the college learned that they hadn't reported something they were supposed to have.

Does anyone know what the policies are? I'd really appreciate the help.

Send all of the transcripts.

It really isn’t going to cost you all that much money, and it can save you a really big headache.

Chances are your application will be flagged as incomplete (and not reviewed) until they receive your transcripts. If you have mentioned the dual enrollment on the application the schools are looking for transcripts from each school in addition to your high school. This is not like an AP class. The grade for the AP class is independent from your AP exam score and is on your high school transcript.

When my daughter was applying to colleges two years ago, we did NOT send her dual enrollment transcripts until she decided which college she was attending. The grades were already on her high school transcripts. We submitted them the summer before she started college.

Thanks for the help I guess I’ll have to go to the schools and request the transcripts be sent.
