<p>I know I shouldn't have waited until the last minute, but I still have yet to learn that lesson. Anyway, the application is due March 1, does that mean I have to submit it by 11:59pm Feb. 28, or do I have until 11:59pm March 1. I know I'm an idiot, and I deserve the criticism, but as I'm working on this now, I can tell that my writing quality is diminishing and I would like to maybe take a break and start fresh in a few hours. However, that hinders upon how the due date is interpreted. Please, if you respond know what you're talking about or post a link that supports your answer. I really appreciate any help that can be given. Thanks.</p>
<p>I suppose you could try to see if the thing is due ON March 1 (which would give you 24 hours) or BY March 1, in which case, keep typing!! But let this be a lesson to you, about the things that are REALLY important. You never know what small thing can make a big, and possibly negative, difference.</p>
