I have a hunch that decisions are coming early. Over the past years years, they’ve consistently come out the 2nd Thursday of every month. Also, I remember someone posting something about turning in the ED agreement by the 3rd if they haven’t received it already. Why would they need the contract 12 days in advance? Surely they wouldn’t need it more than a week or so before admissions come out.
ugh idk. All my friends think I’m reading wayyyy too into this

ps they only asked for ED grades if they’re incomplete on the checklist online–sorry to freak everyone out.

After looking through the previous years’ ED threads, my best guess is that we will recieve our decisions December 11. Also, since some people have been asking if anyone has recieved the email yet, I’ll tell everyone for sure as soon as the email comes to my iphone.

I think it will be the 9th. The only college I know of that releases their admissions decisions on a saturday is Middleburry. Duke has always released their decisions on a thursday. My sister (Class of 2007) found out on the second thursday of december 8 years ago… They seem to following a trend

they should send us that email sometime next week… im assuming monday or tuesday because my friend you is a freshman there now said she received it two days before the decision was posted

I did not even check to see what day the 11th was on. Yeah, I do not think it will be a weekend day. That leaves 9, 10, 13,14. Hopefully the 9th!

UPenn ED applicants just got an email telling them that decisions were being posted next Friday (Dec. 10) at 3 p.m. EST. Maybe Duke’s is coming too…

How many times a day is a healthy amount for checking this forum? I don’t know what I’m expecting to find, but I’ve found myself clicking this site in my favorites tab a billion (yes. a billion.) times this week.

For the past several years, Duke has released their early decision results on the thursday before December 15. UPenn has done the same thing for the past several years, except they release theirs on the friday before December 15. UPenn announced today that decisions wills be up on December 10 at 3:00 PM, which means that Duke is likely to follow suit and release their decisions on December 9 at 6:00 PM. No confirmation of this though guys. Maybe less than a week until our fates have been decided! Good luck to everyone!
