-Should be great! Visited Duke many times so I know a lot about the school. Research activity is also good.

Look, I don't really know if I've got a shot, but it would help if you guys have your opinions. Thank you very much.

your probably in without the ED boost

agree, you are probably (very likely) in RD if you want to apply to other schools as well (Ivys/Stanford)

Thanks a lot guys

haha no problem, you look like a great applicant

You look like a great applicant! I’d say you have a good chance!

Agree with all the above- you look like a winner to me!

What stands out though? I don’t mean to sound dumb haha, but I really have no idea.

I think you should be fine ED but don’t get complacent and continue to work hard on your application.

I agree you look like a really strong candidate

Academicwise, you are very well qualified. Well, for the top schools, whether you are accepted or not doesn’t always depend on your steller stats. It also has to do with how many applicants with similar qualifications of yours. They look for students with diversities to compile the class.

Your stats look great, but so do almost all Duke applicants. When we visited, a professor told us there are over 50 pages of names of Valedictorians with perfect SAT/ACT scores that they reject every year. So I think that what bei22000 said is so true. It will depend on what they are, or aren’t, looking for. And from your EC’s, I think your essays and letters of rec will be critical. Good luck though. And I think ED will definitely help you. :)
