Duke Admission Chances?

Hi, I go to a very very competitive international school (one of the largest) in which many colleges and universities recognize and 24% of the students of class 2009 took 7 or more AP's.

I'm really interested in Duke. (My brother is attending there)
And the good thing is that the admission officer for international school student remembers me - I introduced myself to her when she came over to our school.
I want to know what are my chances of getting into the Duke BME program.

Ethnicity : Asian
Gender: Female
Majoring: Biomedical Engineering

GPA(W): 3.99 (but doing extremely well this semester have all A's and 2 A+'s so far so I am very confident this will go up...)
Rank: Not sure
Class size: 400

SAT I: 690 CR, 770 M, 700W Essay 10 (retaking it this October)
SAT II: Biology E 730, Math II 780
Toefl iBT: 115/120
AP: Statistics (5) Biology (5) Calc AB (5) English Lit (4) Micro/Macro Economics (both 5)
Current courses: AP Calc BC with multivariable calculus, AP chemistry, AP Physics B, English Satire, Health class, Symphonic Band (flute)

Common Application Essay: great, even my counselor said that it's one of the best she had read so far this year.
Legacy: older brother who's a sophomore right now, had a 4.0/4.0 grade in his freshmen year and the admission officer knows that i'm the sister of that student who had the 4.0/4.0 for all semesters last year.
Teacher Rec's: one from ap bio teacher and another from ap lang teacher. Both of them are one of the best teachers to ask for a rec for in our school.

EC's:
National Honor Society (11-12)
Chinese honor society (10-12)
math honor society (mu alpha theta) (11-12)
math club (9-12)
Leprosy Home club (9-12 VP in 11 and President 12, my bio teacher whom I asked for a rec is the sponsor)
Vice president of the youth group in my church
Church Youth Group Orchestra (President)
Church Youth Group Service Council (President 10-12)
Houses for Hope -service club that raises funds to build wells in Cambodia. (VP and co-founder 9-10, President 11-12)

Summer:
Private English tutor (summer of 2007)
Assistant teacher for a summer program in my school (summer 2007)
Intern under an engineering professor in a university in Seoul (summer 2008)

Other college's I'm thinking of applying for RD:
Brown Univ, Cornell Univ, Dartmouth Coll, Johns Hopkins Univ, MIT, Northwestern Univ, U of Pennsylvania
All under BME of biological engineering.

But I've set my mind to apply for ED to Duke (BME, I know it's very rigorous and competitive).

So, what are my chances?

Your brother is a tip factor, no matter what his grades. Knowing rank would be important, they want you to be at least top 10%. With that and a slightly higher CR score, you have a good shot.

The ivies/MIT will be tough without considerably stronger scores and very high rank.

I just found out that I probably fall under the top 5-10% (probably 10%) of my grad! :)
