<p>I sent my secondary school report, Transcript, teacher evaluations, and SAT Scores to Duke a long time ago. </p>
<p>I submitted common app and supplement on Jan 1st, but when I checked my application status today, it says all it got is my supplement and common application. </p>
<p>What's going on!?</p>
<p>Nen... It takes time to put application materials together. Duke receives, what, thousands of applications? And you submitted yours on a holiday, and there's been exactly one business day since then. Admissions Offices don't work 24/7; they're an 8-to-5 type operation.</p>
<p>Patience. Admissions counselors are human too. Give them at least a week and a half before you even think about panicking -- and then don't panic, just follow up with a polite inquiry. After all, they gave you months to get your application in. ;)</p>
<p>I'm in the same situation man, I believe it says on the website to wait till at least the end of January to give them ample time to get your file completely put together/organized.</p>
<p>They say they'll contact you around Feb. 16th if they are still missing materials, so yea.... definitely do NOT worry</p>

<p>Nen -- my "online" status icon lies; I just walk away from the computer when I'm doing something else. geek_son is away on a retreat this weekend; I've spent all weekend catching up on housework and the computer. CC is my 10-minute break, which unfortunately leads to a 40-minute procrastination session. :o Probably sounds familiar to some of you by now. :D
