Wow thanks! @Hersheybar315 That is what I wrote my essay about and I attached all the news interviews, too! I am hoping it will allow the admissions committee to see that I am really passionate about being prepared and helping people! :)

Hong Kong

How many of you guys submitted the optional resume

@Hersheybar315 I didn’t submit the optional resume. I called and asked if it would hurt my chances if I didnt, and the admissions people told me if there isn’t anything different between my resume and my activities list there’s no need for one.

Thank you @brightenedfuture I submitted one- it had additional information but I also included the activities that was on my common app- do you think this would be looked down upon by college admissions

@hersheybar I did the same thing. My resume included additional information, but it also included activities from the common application.

Ahhhh Europeans have to stay up till 1-2 AM or sleep through it. Any one else have this problem, what are you doing? I can’t wait…

I have a school concert tomorrow, and I have to be at school at 7:00 to warm up. Do you guys think I should check before or after the concert???

@jasonbrovich after

I would say to wait but…this waiting is AWFUL! My son is still not sure if he will open his decision at work. I hope he waits but I know it will be very difficult either way. Like many of you, Duke has been his goal for a very long time. Good luck to everyone!

Preparing for the worst and hoping for the best!

Yes same- preparing for a rejection but GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU! No matter what you guys all deserve it

punishment for selling your soul to the devil: he makes you wait minute by minute until he decides whether to accept or reject it
