Duke Class of 2022 Discussion Thread

Someone should call the office and ask when they will be released… it’s worth a shot

^^idk if they would say anything though… i feel like the date for decision release is gonna be the 13th or 14th

last year some people got the info from calling the financial aid office, but when others called they said they didn’t know

im freaking the f out so much about the admissions date and everything. any one else?!!!??

Do you think they’ll release decisions on the 15th or before?

did you only send in one subject test?

Chance me? If you need any other info, ask me I tried to think of everything.

omg same, like i just want to know

I dont get it…wen are we getting our results?

@senioritis2018 I really hope you get in! Your disclaimer is a tough one and you seem pretty competitive. Let’s hope next week is a great week for us!

Yeah, me too. What’s the earliest that the results have ever come out? I get the feeling that the week-in-advance email is going to come out today.

@senioritis2018 Best wishes and I hope you receive good news.

I have a feeling the email will come out tomorrow…my friend ED’d to Penn and he got an email today saying that the decision would come out on the 13th and that’s a week from tomorrow. Could be wrong though!

I hope we find out a concrete date soon :(( all this waiting is killing me

Didn’t the results once come out on 10th December? Any chances of that happening this time? The wait is killing me.

I forgot to self report my AP scores on my common app… Do you think this will make or break me getting in or not?

This is not a serious issue, because 1) your school transcript lists AP classes you’ve taken, and 2) the standardized test scores section on Common App is 100% self-reported. However, I would recommend that you send scores via CollegeBoard to Duke as soon as possible, so that your concern can be minimized.

Highly unlikely results will come out on the 10th because 1) that is a Sunday and 2) they usually send one week’s notice by email, which hasn’t happened yet.

the person reading your app only assesses scores based on official score reports, so if you forgot to self report them, it should be fine as long as you submitted them through the college board

what if you didn’t send your AP scores at all ? ive only taken 4 tests (3 on hgap, 4 on psych, 4 on apush, 5 on ap lang). i didnt send them through the college board and forgot to document them on the common app
