Duke, Cornell, do I have a chance?

These are my reach schools, but I am really not sure if I have a chance, or I am just being extremely optimistic. I'd really be glad to hear what you guys think. I'm a white female from PA.

-applying to the engineering schools at Cornell and Duke.

GPA - 3.82 (unweighted), 19/306
SAT - M670, V770, W680 -2120
SAT II - math ii 610, physics 570 (just started Physics this year though)
6 AP's, 3 honors, - 3 on LAng and 4 on Euro

mock trial, orchestra, plays, pit, community service, national honors society, PA Govenors School, cert. of merit for writing

What are my chances? should I even apply?

Are you sure you want to do engineering?? The only reason I say this is that from your SAT scores and ECs you look more like a writing/humanities person than a math/physics person. Anyway, I can't help you with the chances thing because I honestly have no idea as to how these places pick who to accept/reject.

hey, i think you have great chances, but might i add another school to your list? University of Toronto(Engineering Science) the program is excellent!!! it's really rigorous!!!! perfect for engineers :)
