Duke ED chances, please?

<p>ok so i really want to get into duke, so im applying ed. how do my chances look? i would really appreciate some feedback because i havent gotten much in the past.</p>

<p>i have a 4.0 uw GPA (my school is public, semi-competitive)
my rank: 2/480
sat: 770, 800 CR, 760 writing total: 2330 superscore
sat subject tests: 760 Biology, i'm taking the other in november </p>

<p>awards/honors:
-i was a semifinalist for a science competition (pretty prestigious, nothing like intel/siemens though)
-publication in a journal (medical related)
-ap scholar with distinction</p>

<p>ecs:
-martial arts (4 yrs), instructor
-dance (3 yrs), instructor
-a lot of hospital volunteering
-key club--i have had a couple of leadership positions
-i have had 2 internships, all medicine related (research for one of them)
-i tutor kids in a foreign language and i'm an instructor for that as well
and some other stuff</p>

<p>teacher reccs should be good, my additional will be from the editor of the journal i wrote for. my essays i hope will be good..still working on them</p>

<p>With those scores you should have a really good chance. Goodluck!</p>

<p>Nothing holding you back from getting in except ORM status. Regardless, you should be in at Duke especially with ED.</p>

<p>are you applying to trinity or pratt? you might want to post some AP scores or classes you’ve taken.</p>

<p>but i agree with nosike, you have a pretty good chance! i hope we all get in :)</p>

<p>hey, im applying to trinity, sorry i forgot that! and i have taken ap calc ab, ap calc bc, psych, enviro, ap us history, bio, and english lang. and gotten 5s on all of them</p>
