I was wondering, people say that Duke´s campus is beautiful, but how are the facilities there? Modern, worn, aged ?

From their site virtual tour, everything seems too blah, not very imponent, and a little dated-worn. For instance, their library does not seems like some of those beautiful libraries of other schools (Georgetown Law facilities for instance look great and very modern).

Would this be accurate to say?

How about the athletics facilities (gyms, stadiums, etc.) ?

About Duke in general:
Yeah our main library isn't so great, but we're fixing that too! A whole new building will be ready for the fall, and the old one will be renovated too.
Duke on the whole has really nice athletic facilities. I haven't used them too much so I can't comment on the specifics, but Cameron is great of course, we have indoor tennis courts and an outdoor tennis stadium (as well as courts throughout campus), the football stadium does the trick I guess. The gym is nice and pretty new.

As for the virtual tour... it sucks. It does not do Duke justice AT ALL. You have to visit if you're seriously considering coming here.

I am a foreign student, and I have, as most people do, some fantasies about american universities and the great, modern and update facilities. This is part of the charm. I have dissed several awesome looking school (in a literal sense) to go to Duke, cause I thought that Duke could not be less equipped and "comfortable" that the other top schools. So you just said that the Law School facilities are horrible (probably gloomy and worned).

Is is really this ? And in your perception how will the remodeling improve them (hopefully by Fall) ?

No, they aren't "horrible." Duke is a Top-10 Law school so it won't be like a dungeon or no one would want to go.
I have been to the Law School and I actually like it a lot now. The library is pretty nice. It's been updated quite a bit already and the last, most major part is supposed to be done for the fall.
I encourage you to look at the videos here to get a sense of what their plans for the renovation are (note that they are like maybe a year old, so when they say they're going to do something, in most cases, it's already been completed, so don't be alarmed.)

Luckily it is supposed to be done for the fall, and I think you will like it as well as the Duke campus as a whole.
