It's time for final pick for me. I haven't decided the major at undergraduate yet but considering a MBA at graduate.

Duke(Prat), CMU(4 schools including computer science), and NW (McC).

Any recommendation?

Frankly speaking, Duke seems great in general but lacking a "punch" to impress, while CMU seems to have one. I don't know whether this is a kind of biased perception.

Chosing a school really is a very personal decision. There are a lot of wonderful schools and if you have visited and found one that you feel your fit woudl best in, then thats the one to attend. My S loves Duke and he had his questions as he got into a lot of top schools including Ivies, he chose Duke and really has been very happy. But that was his decision and you have to make yours and if you visit all the campuses and check out the class sizes, proffs etc. and found ne that you feel is best for you…then you probably have made up your mind already.

Also, If you are 100% sure you want engineering (I’m not), I think CMU is also a good option, but only if you’re 100% sure(CMU is pretty hardcore engineering).
