Duke Personal Optional Recommendation

<p>I know that Duke requires 2 academic recommendations and I already have those in, but there's also the personal one that I'm considering.</p>

<p>Does the person writing it have to fill in the common application recommendation form as well or can they just pop a letter in the mail?</p>

<p>I think they say this should be sent in mail…bummer, i hate mails…We r in 21st centure, and we use EMAIL…;)</p>
