Where should I go???

I'm interested in AI & Robotics.
I know CMU is pretty renowned in this field, but I'm leaning more to Duke.
How do they actually compare? academic-wise..?

Why are you leaning towards Duke? You really can't beat CMU if you know that you want to do Computer Science. Obviously Pratt has fabulous engineering, but do you really want to give up the number 1 school for comp sci and the Gates Center for Computer Science? IMO, if CS is your major, head to Pittsburgh.

I think he's most likely leaning towards Duke because of the prestige. ;) I dont think you can go wrong with these choices, however like the above poster said, you should strongly consider CMU and I would ASSUME CMU is probably giving you a little more money than Duke. I think you should post more info on what your preferences are.

So i'm in the same dilemma, except add Berkeley into the mix. Except i'm leaning towards berkeley...only because it's cheaper by a few thousand/yr overall.
