Duke RD Chances?

I am applying to Duke in the regular decision pool and am unsure of my chances. I feel as though my chances are very slim considering my below average GPA and the fact that I am applying regular decision as opposed to early decision. Here are some of my stats:

White Male/Elite Catholic school
State: OH
ACT: 35 composite, (36 English, 35 Science, 34 Reading, 33 Math)
GPA: 4.05 weighted, 3.92 UW ( although my school only reports the weighted GPA)
AP: 7 total courses (school’s rigid curriculum doesn’t allow for much flexibility here)
AP Scores: 5 Calculus AB, 5 Latin, 5 English Lang. Comp.
Intended Major: Economics
ECs and Honors

  1. Held a research internship at Ohio State University working for over 300 hours over the last 2 summers.
2.150 working at a local Science Center,
  2. 600 hours at a local senior center,
  3. Mission trip to rural WV,
  4. 3 years of NHS and 3 years of Student Council
  5. Founded a golf club at my school
  6. 2 sport varsity athlete ( baseball, soccer),
  7. 3 year National Latin Exam Medalist
    National Merit Commended Scholar
Letters of Rec: Counselor 10/10 Teacher 9/10
    Essays: 9/10

Please let me know if any extra information is necessary. Any insight or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

You certainly have the scores and grades within the range. However RD is a crap shoot. Over 35000+ students apply for a little over 800 spots. So the competition is intense. A lot will depend on who else from your region is also applying.

Good luck!
