Duke University Regular Decision Admissions 2023

So I guess all Duke merit notifications are out? Does anyone know how many A.B. finalists there are each year?

@SardonicSlav I got AB Duke

I think some of the merit scholarships must be need-based as well. For example, the alumni scholarship says there must be a need for financial aid to be considered. I put my family’s EFC into the calculator on the Duke and did not qualify for any financial aid.

Checklist is gone

Finalist for University Scholars Program + a likely admission in March! Yay!

Has anyone received the BSAI 2019 invite email yet?

@Illuminate27 I am a Reggie Howard finalist, and as a part of that finalist’s weekend we were informed by email that we are welcome to stay for the BSAI weekend since it overlaps with what we are alread ygoing to be there for. No separate invite, though

Is anyone a Karsh scholarship finalist?

S got bn finalist!

I got a likely letter! No merit scholarships, however :frowning:

Did you get an email?

@David5700044 maybe the merit awards come with your formal acceptance?

@david5700044 How did you receive it, when did you receive it, and what specifically did it say?

does anyone know when decisions will come out?

@krisp13 called today told by April 1st… thought that was helpful ?

@airway1 oh well… guess we just play the waiting for a while longer!

I am told late march for official decisions in my merit scholarship finalists’ weekend invitation!

As mentioned earlier in this thread, RD decisions come out March 30 per official statement by Duke.

@albertsax Agree. My only hesitation with considering this as a firm date is that it is a Saturday. But 3/30 is when I am expecting it (but I will probably be checking a lot on 3/29 too!)

For those that were invited to the interview week and sent in their materials to Dr. Okerson, do you know if we’re supposed to get any sort of email confirmation that they received our materials?
