<p>Unless you are in-state UVA, I'd choose Duke.</p>
<p>It depends upon what type of engineering. All 3 schools are excellent. Duke is more well known in the bio-med space, USC in the computer and electrical, UVa excellent though VaTech is the state tech school.</p>
<p>At the graduate level USC is in the top 10 overall. One thing to consider is whether the schools have a 5-year BS/MS degree. Good luck in your effort.</p>
