<p>There are too many of these threads. Seriously. And all of them are just about the same. They have a slight bias toward Duke obviously because this is the Duke board, but they all focus on: money, atmosphere, programs.
Now, do you really need strangers on the internet telling you what you should do with your money, or whether or not you like an urban environment, or what you should major in? Everyone is perfectly capable of deciding this on their own, or they should be if they got accepted into Duke, with the only exception being if you want to look up rankings for various programs (like Duke BME vs JHU BME).
But really, it's getting pretty annoying looking at threads like "Duke vs. ____" and seeing the only content is "help me guyz...i cant decidde!!"</p>
<p>Well I think everyone likes to see other people's opinions...it's often very helpful to hear what other people have to say. I'm sure there are posts like "Stanford vs. Duke" on the Stanford board as well. It's safe to say everyone here knows enough about Duke (esp the resident Dukies) to give a constructive argument why someone should attend this school.</p>
<p>i agree with loveduke</p>
<p>Community College I'd say. Not even close</p>
<p>ha ha........</p>
