<p>okay well at the start of march i'm going to be spending a weekend (thursday to sunday) in duke and i don't know how to dress for it! i'm currently living in BC, Canada where it's - 16 Fahrenheit/-30 celsius...</p>

<p>Duke's weather is usually nice in March. Today has been pretty nasty for here (around 36 and rainy/icy), but that's probably kid stuff for BC! I would guess that in early March the weather will be highs in the 60s and lows in the upper 30s/low 40s. Light layers are comfortable for the daytime, and you should bring a heavier jacket for nigttime. Hope your stay (and the weather for it :)) at Duke is wondeful!</p>
<p>Is Duke getting the snow and freezing temps right now? I live about 30 minutes from Asheville in TN and we're blanketed in snow here!</p>
<p>It's like, icing or doing something weird like that. </p>
<p>But seriously...the weather here is weird. Definitely check right before you leave because you never know. Last friday it was 70 degrees and I was walking around in jeans and a t-shirt...and today it's heavy jacket day.</p>
