Duke...

How's Duke? It's one of the top tier schools I plan to apply to 'cause it's near Georgia.

What do you mean, how's Duke? What specifically are you looking for? "Duke's fine, thanks for asking..."

Awesome campus, and the bball team is alright.

Duke has had great weather thus far, and it's still warm. :)

What? I was in Raleigh last week and it was COLD. But yes, I don't think it snowed last year at all, and it's certainly not winter weather to complain about.

I live in Chapel Hill (10 min drive to Duke) and researched at Duke this summer. Its not that bad of a school, but I think its a little overrated. The campus is nice, but it's going under a lot of construction so if you don't like noise and a lot of construction stuff giong on, its probably not so great. Its a very all around good college, but its very best school is probably medicine so its good if u want a career in that. However, I don't think it should be considered with the other top colleges (harv, prince, yale, stan, mit, caltech, upenn) but i would say better than like cornell. BTW...the basketball team sucks...Go Carolina!

People should research schools on their own sometimes.

Wow, kcajgnaw. A little biased, are we??? Duke is not quite HYPSM level, but it's directly below that. Anyway, there's a ton of construction going on at Carolina too...and you get lots of nice new buildings as a result. :D

Yeah, there is a lot of construction at carolina. I was there a month or so ago and it was crazy.

Duke>>>>>>>>UNC

sorry, i just cant let something like this go
