<p>One of my sons got 800s for the CR both times he took the SAT; the other got a 780 the first time and an 800 the second.</p>
<p>Neither of them memorized vocab lists or anything. They've simply been the "avid reader" types since they were small--I think that does more for your CR than anything else.</p>
