<p>On the School Forms section of the CommonApp, it lists my School Report and Teacher Recommendations.</p>

<p>What all does a "School Report" encompass exactly? My schools require a secondary school report, transcripts, and/or counselor recs in addition to teacher recs. However, my counselor assured me that the School Forms section would take care of all those. So does the "School Report" encompass all those, or just the secondary school report?</p>

<p>The School Report is the same thing as the Secondary School Report.</p>

<p>Does that include the transcript and counselor rec though? If not, how are schools supposed to receive those if they can’t get them from the School Forms section?</p>

<p>Sorry - forgot to put that bit in. The School Report/Secondary School Report does indeed include the counselor recommendation and transcript.</p>
