dumb question

I am thinking about applying to Stern but I would be very happy at CAS.
If I apply to Stern and get rejected, can I still be considered for CAS?

Also, can someone evaluate my chances at Stern:

GPA: 3.5 unweighted. (bad freshmen year, but upward trend (straight A's junior yr)
RANK: school doesnt rank, very competetive private school

SAT: 2270 (M: 700, CR: 770, W:800)
SATII: MathII; 770, USH: 750, Lit: 750, MathI: 800

AP: CalAB: 5, Bio: 5, Euro: 5, US:5, Chem: 5
FULL IB Diploma Candidate
Philosophy: 6, Math SL: 5

EC: President of 2 clubs, captain of varsity tennis team, academic decathlon, many medals won. comm service.
Good recs and essays.

No, you can't. You might be considered for GSP, though.

Although the discrepancy between your GPA and SATs isn't big at all, which makes GSP unlikely (very few people are GSPed for Stern), since I heard that's the main reason why people are GSPed. I'd actually say you have a good chance.
