Trying to get my access code, but keep getting a duplicate e-mail error. Any ideas?

I was having similar troubles, haha. It worked after about a week without me having to do anything; just be patient? I e-mailed the office then too and they never really got back to me or anything, so I think this is a relatively common error

“If your email address is incorrect or a duplicate, please email fileroom@fas.harvard.edu with the subject line “Email Update.” Include your full name, date of birth, new email address and previous email address, (for verification purpose). Once the change is received by Admissions, it may take 2-3 business days for your email address to be updated in the Harvard PIN system, so please be patient.”

The website gave me an error the first time I put in my e-mail address, which is (what I presume) ColdFlame is talking about. I didn’t have to do anything, and it worked a few days later.
